A letter to our customers and partners about Rajão & Athayde‘s response to Corona virus

In recent times, the world has undergone major changes due to the Corona virus pandemic so we have decided to write this message to inform them of our efforts to help contain the virus and to continue to be one of the main supports for your business during this challenging period.

Aware of our position as important partners, we have several contingencies planned to ensure the continuity of our operation in situations such as this, which have now been put into practice.

Measures taken for operational continuity

  • All our departments and branches are equipped to work in a home-office regime on a full time basis, assuring the same level of quality expected by our partners.
  • Our central servers are set up to operate without the need for manual intervention for prolonged periods; further, our Technology Department also maintains a team constantly on-call so we can monitor remotely and prepare for timely and controlled intervention as needed.
  • We have open communication channels to enable reporting between our customers, partners and the team itself anytime, anywhere.
  • We constantly monitor all the systems we use and all ongoing projects so that we are always ready for potential hiccups.
  • We keep our entire team up-to-date on the key events of the pandemic and aware of the key measures to protect not only us as individuals, but society as a whole.

All these measures have already been implemented and are in place and we are ready to assist you in any way we need to.
